William A. "Wila" Hamer – President  Wila is the president of the firm and a native of Georgetown. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of South Carolina in 1971 and his Masters in Secondary Education Administration in 1977. He started his insurance career in 1977 and has been with the Frank L. Siau Agency since 1980.

Rusty Waddell – Vice President   Rusty is Vice President and Secretary of the firm. He is a native of Knoxville,TN and is a 1970 graduate of East Tennessee State University. Prior to coming to work for the agency he was a marketing representative with the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company in Jackson, MS and Columbia, SC. He started his insurance career in 1972 and obtain his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1976.

He is an active Rotarian and is past president of the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce.
